Summary: The property is in a questionable area. Kitchen and bathroom were very dirty. The whole house smelled like cigarette smoke. We could hear everything from the downstairs tenants. This rental is NOT worth the price!! I tried to communicate my concerns to the owner who completely ignored (or didn't read) my emails.

Summary: Beds are comfortable. Kitchen was not swept properly and the stove not cleaned well, didn"t take a lot of time to correct but should have been clean. There were 3 bath towels, one for each bedroom. One couple had to share a bath towel since there was no linen closet to get additional towels. Also, 4 people had to share one hand towel for a 3 night stay. There is a washer and dryer but we should not have to do laundry for such a short stay. There is really no decorating to this place and the bedroom curtains were too small to cover the windows. There was only one couch for 4 people in the living room, could use an easy chair or two. These issues are easily correctable. Overall, we would stay here again, it is very quiet.
