Summary: My Mom’s 87 year old friend and her daughter age 67 stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Mom from out of town. The owner was very responsive to my comments and requests and as long as he follows through on these, this is a great place to stay in Waterloo with easy access to downtown Waterloo and the universities. Restaurants are a 20 minute walk away.

Summary: We stayed at this location which was close to Waterloo campus and super convenient - Walmart and shoppers not more than 3 minutes away by car. Clear easy instructions to check in. Had a question about garbage night and management promptly responded! The place was pretty clean, good lighting. Would recommend.

Summary: Stayed for 3 nights. Place was more or less as indicated in pictures. Plenty of space for me and my family of 5 (2 adults, 2 children, 1 infant). Kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood with short drive to shopping plaza with Walmart/Shoppers and other eateries. Very glad we got this instead of hotel. Only "negative" is faux leather couches are a tad worn but are usable and comfortable. Overall great experience, would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This beautifully modernized apartment is in a great location with ample parking and is surrounded by pretty gardens and mature trees. The unit is spacious with stylish furnishings, quiet comfy bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, a quaint balcony for morning coffee time, and a small but adequate bathroom. The unit is on the top level of a three story building so it’s nice and quiet. You will have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Management was friendly and very quick to reply. As with most places, a few minor repairs are needed but overall it is an ideal budget friendly place to stay in Waterloo and I highly recommend booking this unit.
