Summary: Beautiful house on the water. Words can not express what a nice house this is. We spent it relaxing, fishing, and kayaking. Hosts were very nice. Everything went very smooth.

Summary: Very nice house, owner is very responding. All lights and air condition were on when we arrived late at night, felt very warm. We arrived at the coldest winter night in recent 25 years, owner bought us 2 heaters which were very helpful for the room on ground floor. The location is great, fishing red fish from dock was easy. Kayak, chairs, fishing rods are all available.

Summary: We loved being isolated in a salt marsh... birds, fish, dolphins, etc. But the furniture was more suited to 6' + people. Seriously. Bar stools everywhere and not a normal height chair in site. (and a rule to not move furniture...). The 3 women were 5'3" and under, so this was an issue. The master bedroom had an exceedingly high mattress so that went to the youngest of the women because she could vault onto it by stepping on a side rail. I wondered if it was normal to arrive and immediately need to follow the rule to remove the orange 'decorative' towels and bring out the white towels. Just put out the white towels before guests arrive. Some things need repairing: the dryer has rust areas and a constant screech; the dishwasher door opens onto the floor... ; the 3rd from the top step needs to be reinforced; and the bedroom on the lower level smelled of mildew. Every surface was cluttered with decorative items. The dining table had 3, any of which would have been appropriate on its own. Less is always more. Still, we had a great time in Aripeka. Kayaking was great! And the quiet sounds of nature were most appreciated.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here! We loved the downstairs and view…the fans made it pleasant in this FL heat! Saw a couple dolphins swimming around. It was a nice getaway! Owners were wonderful and we had every amenity! Thank you guys for a great stay!!!

Summary: This was one of the best properties we have ever visited! Access to the water was great ! Scenery and neighborhood beautiful and quiet. The house was loaded with amenities including kayaks, fishing poles, games, etc - we had a great family visit in a clean and comfortable house ! We will definitely be back!
