Summary: I was in town for radiation therapy for breast cancer. This home was close to UCHealth, so my travels in the morning were less than 15 minutes. The house had great spaces. The pictures are very accurate. Located very close to Cherry Creek Shopping Mall. If my husband would have been with me, the patio was beautiful. I just didn’t want to sit out there by myself.

Summary: House is in great location in Denver. Listing was completely inaccurate and property manager completely unavailable. Listed as 'sleeps 8' but only bedspace for 5. One member had to sleep on hardwood floor with 3 couch cushions. Messaged PM 3 weeks before staying asking for clarity on bedspaces - no response. Messaged PM upon arrival again asking where bedspaces were - no response. Messaged PM upon arrival clarifying parking - no response. Listed as '4 bathrooms' there were only 3. One had no working light and no windows so flashlight was necessary to utilize. Kitchen was outfitted with 4 plates, 4 bowls, 4 spoons, 4 forks, etc - for a property that 'sleeps 8'. Location was great, cleanliness good but because of total lack of communication from PM, false advertising about bedspace and # of bathrooms I would not suggest this property until it is controlled by a truthful, responsible property manager.
