Positive: A very nice true B&B experience at the friendly hosts own home, complete with the family dogs, and breakfast around the dining table with the other guests (in our case, two European couples and a single person from SFO). The food, conversation, and hospitality were all top notch. The location just off Broadway was fun, just steps to quirky shops and restaurants. Close to the city sites too. The front bedroom has a balcony that's great for people watching, but can be noisy as night. The hosts thoughtfully provide earplugs for light sleepers.
