Summary: The house and yard were wonderful - lots of room, well-appointed, comfortable, clean and up-to-date. We appreciated Deon and Erica's attentiveness, communication, and quick responses to inquiries, both before arrival and once on site. The location was not too far from the Speedway, downtown or the airport - and the neighborhood was so quiet and nice. The cute rabbits in the yard every evening were a nice bonus! We had a fantastic weekend and will definitely hope this house is available for future stays in Indianapolis.

Summary: Good location to have two of our children meet us for Easter. Comfortable house near churches, shopping, restaurants. Kitchen was stocked well. Property manager answered any questions quickly.

Summary: We—two couples who are the best of friends—stayed in this home during the NCAA tournament. The location was ideal: just two minutes from a Main Street, five minutes from a grocery store and about 15 minutes from the downtown action. The bedrooms were perfect for two couples, and there was an additional room with twin beds, along with multiple spaces where we could gather as a group.We had hoped to enjoy coffee and private conversations on the enclosed patio, but the presence of a Ring camera made that feel a bit less comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with basic food supplies and plenty of cooking utensils—some of them quite stylish. The neighborhood felt safe and was pleasantly diverse, with lots of people out walking their dogs.We would totally rent this home again!

Summary: Property was perfect for our weekend trip to Indy with the kiddos. They loved the toy basket and play space in the basement. The house had plenty of room for our family of four to hang out in between activities and at night.

Summary: We rented this house, with another couple, so we could be close to the Fairgrounds where our daughters were competing in the Big 10 T&F Champs. The house was clean and charming and in a lovely neighborhood where people were out walking and running in the morning. The house and yard were spacious and equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the provided shampoo, conditioner and soap, as well as coffee & condiments. Deon & Erica were great hosts and replied quickly to every question. We highly recommend their lovely home.

Summary: Came to Indy to bring my father home to his final resting place. This has been one of the hardest weeks of my life. Made so much easier by our hosts and their lovely home. I couldn't have gotten through all of this without somewhere like home to come back to every night. Words cannot express my gratitude to our gracious and caring hosts. Who repeatedly checked in on us during our stay. Offering themselves and any assistance we requested. The house was immaculate and so comfortable. Truly felt like home. Thanks again D. & E.
