Summary: We are not your typical fly by night vacationers. We travel as a family and treat the home like it is our own, we do this even with the timeshares that we own and if we stay in hotel rooms. This house has a lot of potential with upgrades that need to be done. I was in constant communication with the owner and she was exceptional with responding and tending to our needs both before the trip and during the trip. We did have some issues, which we notified her of so that she can hopefully make the necessary upgrades to the house. We did have some issues with the cleanliness of things, the 1 bedroom with the bathroom in it has a leak in the shower which leaks through the ceiling of the 1 downstairs bedroom. We immediately notified her of this which she was unaware, but this also leads me to worry about the cleaners that she hired because if they cleaned that bathroom and tubs they would have discovered the leak. After the floor in that bathroom got wet from the shower leaking the bathmat in there was apparently never cleaned and had a strong urine smell, we guess someone had their dog in that bathroom and they peed on the rug and it was never cleaned. We notified the owner immediately and told her we took the rug out and cleaned the bathroom floor and that was the source of the heavy urine smell, also the toilet was not clean as you could see the brown in the bowl after only 1 day of using it along with walls that had splashed from water/dirt. Summary: Jennifer was a wonderful Host/property owner. The house was located in a quiet community, in which the neighbors were inviting. The listing was accurate. Will consider renting again.

Summary: I give Jennifer and her home a five star. She was so attentive to our needs and her home felt cozy and relaxing. We loved watching the deer in the backyard and the overall neighborhood was quiet and serene. We will definitely be returning to her home in the future.

Summary: Beautiful house with plenty of room for the whole family! We loved the open updated kitchen/dining/living area on the second floor where we were all able to sit and socialized while cooking meals. There was an additional sitting area on the 1st floor as well with a bedroom and bathroom when we just wanted to relax and watch a movie or play games together. Having 3 bathrooms definitely came in handy and the fire pit was perfect for our kids to roast some marshmallows for s'mores! We didn't use the lower deck while we were there but it would be a great spot for bbq and the upper deck was perfect to sit on and enjoy our morning coffee while watching the squirrels chase each other and the deer meander through. Over all we had a wonderful time!

Summary: My family rents a home every summer for a few days for vacation. Usually I pick houses that have a lot of ratings but this time I took a chance on a new listing because it fit my budget and the location was good. The pictures and description of this property significantly downplay how amazing it is!! The house is so big and beautiful, it was neat and clean the owner was super responsive, friendly and easy to deal with, and we had an incredible time staying there! There is one bedroom, a large bathroom, and a living room with TV downstairs (and laundry). The kitchen is upstairs (took a minute to get used to that!) along with another living area, dining room area, 3 more bedrooms and two more full baths! My teenage daughter was able to 'claim' the downstairs room and had total peace and quiet away from our not so quiet younger children. The bedrooms were spacious and each had an AC unit, except for the downstairs one (not sure about this, we couldn't find it). The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and the whole house looks and feels new and fresh. There is a great balcony off of the kitchen and a deck area below. The only issue we had was a problem with the water in the bathtubs/showers. The owner was very responsive in trying to resolve it and gave us a credit when they couldn't resolve it before we left. Overall it was an absolute pleasure staying in this house. Of all the houses we've rented in the Poconos over the years my whole family is in agreement that this was the nicest one. I gave the listing 4 stars because it doesn't describe the house as well as it should and there should be more pictures! Awesome, wonderful experience!
