Positive: The Villa was clean, comfortable, and very nice for our family of 4. My daughter loved the loft space with the twin beds. It was spacious and we enjoyed our time in the Villa. The pool on the other side of the property was where my son was the majority of the trip. It was clean. The ropes course was so fun and the staff, all of them, were very kind. We needed some extra blankets and another pan to cook dinner. It was sent to us in a timely manner. Will come back.
Negative: The indoor pool nearest our villa was not clean. The water was cloudy and looked like the filter was not working properly. It was gross.

Positive: Our unit was comfortably upgraded and clean. The resort itself appears to be "revitalizing," as some units across the campus were in significant disrepair. The common pool, golf, mini golf, and sports courts were in good condition. The location is very close to the lively Bushkill Falls (worth the admission!).
Negative: Our only complaints were a broken coffee pot (also missing the carafe, so in addition to not working, should've been noted before we checked in) and some terrible bedroom pillows. Both issues were rectified by the afternoon of our second day.
Summary: Great little studio near great hiking.

Positive: Location was really nice. The villa was very spacious. Kitchen had all basic things for use. Very clean.
Negative: Beds were not comfortable at all. The mattresses were too old for any kinda comfort.

Negative: The property was not well maintained. We were told that the room was recently renovated, but the crafter shop as very poor. Booked a rom with a queen bed, but it ended up only being a full size for two adults.
Summary: Probably wouldn’t stay at this location again, unless we knew that the property was updated and maintained better.

Positive: Based on some reviews we thought this accommodation would be a bit tired and dated, but it wasn't! We were allocated an apartment recently redone to a lovely standard. Check in staff were lovely and when we were missing a towel, they remedied this quickly. There are a lot of activities in the area if you have a car, although the activities with Exploria tend to be on the more expensive side. We did a horse riding trail with a company about half an hour away and loved it.
Negative: There's not a lot in the surrounding area. Nice restaurants etc are hard to find but the apartment had ample cooking utensils. Our apartment wasn't serviced, although we were only there for 2 nights and are not sure whether this was something that could be requested or whether they don't do this.
Summary: Beat out expectations!
