Our Cozy House is located 20 Minutes from everything in San Diego . Very easy freeway access, or you can ride the Trolley since it has a stop in Santee. Our house is 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath and very centrally located. We are walking distance from a few Coffee spots and very close to Santee Lakes and Mission Trails. We do have 2 outdoor cameras for our protection as well as yours. One is in front area and one in the backyard. There are no cameras inside the property.

Summary: My family and I absolutely loved everything about this house, the area, and the overall vibe of the San Diego area. Would highly recommend ac stay here. It’s close enough to all the things the San Diego area has to offer, yet far enough away from downtown to give you a break from it all. Thank you very much for making my wife’s 50th birthday celebration a memorable one.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in Santee. Adriana’s house was very nice, clean and comfortable and she responded to questions and concerns very promptly - even having some out of stock essentials delivered quickly to us. This was very appreciated. However, we were extremely disappointed in the state of the pool and jacuzzi. We booked this house because of the private use of a pool and jacuzzi, but found them unusable when we arrived. We were only able to use these amenities 2 out of the 5 days we stayed. Even the pool guy was surprised by the water and stated it wasn’t being adequately cleaned for the amount of use it was getting and although he came twice, the problem wasn’t solved. We did receive a small refund from Adriana, but don’t feel it was adequate for not being able to use what was stated in the listing.

Summary: Our family and our neighbours family really enjoyed our stay! The house had plenty of room for our party of 7. It was very clean, well equipped and cozy. The pool and hot tub were amazing to enjoy in the afternoon into the evening. Adriana was very quick and helpful in answering all our questions. There also a thoughtful welcome booklet that will answer all the mainstream questions. The location is about 20 mins away from the main attractions but we knew that before booking. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. Thanks Adriana!

Summary: Property was well suited for 3 couples, and one single adult. Kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking at home. Cute backyard for relaxing outdoors. Pool not heated in February, but jacuzzi worked great. Sidewalks made it easy to walk to nearby park and shops. Ample parking.
