Summary: This property was great for celebrating my daughter’s 21 birthday with her friends and family. Everywhere we went by Uber was 12-17 mins. Some of us even walked to get coffee.The property was clean and very homey! Summary: The Fireplace bedroom was scary. We found a bedazzled fingernail, fresh shoe prints on both bed's sheets, and visible grittiness, crumbles and pubic hair on the bottom sheets. There's no way these party sheets were washed. The sheets filth appeared to be swept to the bottom of the bed, unconscionable.After the first night everyone bought & wore ear plugs .The house sits on the corner of a busy four lane road. The cars and motorcycles race at night. We had 14 wet towels, and no where to hang them. There's one small towel bar and no hooks in the entire home. We hung our towels up daily on the only three hangers in our closet. Some bedrooms had no closet, or no night stand, or no dresser, or no shelf in the closet. It would be nice to have some options for our belongings. The kitchen was clean, but was lacking in basic staples. We purchased ice, as the ice maker had a red light on, and wasn't working well.We didn't like the owner coming to the house the evening we arrived. It seemed like an invasion of our privacy. It just didn't feel right.We reserved and paid 100% of our VRBO, a year in advance. After the previous renters left this home, it wasn't properly cleaned. This is an accumulation of ten adults personal feelings, ages 45-75..........DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTED

Summary: We had an event at the South Point Casino. This house was really close. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. We got to park our car inside the garage. We are car people so that is important to us. The pool is really refreshing.

Summary: The house was clean and the host was very helpful and nice. The location for us was exactly what we needed. Access to park in the garage was a definite plus. Plenty of entertainment for the kids.
