Positive: Most friendly staff I have ever experienced. Regardless of position all staff initiated greetings and seemed genuinely cheerful. Breakfast was excellent.
Summary: Very comfortable and a great location for anyone who doesn't want to stay on the Strip.

Positive: The room was wonderful! It was extremely clean! The staff was very kind. They had the luggage carts that make things so easy to get things from the car to the room. I would definitely stay again.
Negative: there was nothing I didn’t like.

Positive: We loved our 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. In Additionally, we requested that a crib be placed in our room before our arrival. We were pleased to see it upon arrival. Suite was spacious and comfortable. The facility provided a full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, cooking utensils). As well as a very nice dining room table, desk, sofa and flat screen televisione in every room.
Negative: Unfortunately, our trash was never emptied during our 3 day stay at your facilità. Also, our towels were never restocked. Although there was a notice that bed linen was changed every three days, we did notify staff that room needed to be cleaned. Ie: trash and towels.

Positive: The woman who helped me … her name was Amy ! She was amazing ! Extremely kind, extremely considerate, extremely helpful. She really made my stay everything that I needed to be.
Negative: The bathroom in my room was a little dirty. The shower needed to be cleaned. There was hair stuck to the walls however, I understand how perhaps the housekeeper’s hair may have gotten stuck in the shower when she was cleaning it.
Summary: I loved my stay despite the shower hiccup I’d stay there again already planning to book my next trip at this property
