Summary: My three sisters and I wanted to find a Bed and Breakfast in the country instead of the city for our visit to the Netherlands. We found this dairy farm and were more than delighted with it. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to make meals. We loved the curious cows in the nearby field. They might have been our favourite part of the stay. Our hostess was also very, very nice. We highly recommend this farm!

Summary: Our stay on the farm met all our expectations. It is a farm so there are farm smells outside but we were prepared for that.The accommodations were exactly as pictured in the photos. The interior was super clean! Our host was very friendly, gracious and informative. The internet connection was fabulous.We totally enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it!

Summary: We can't do anything else except recommend you to stay at the Bogaards apartments: comfortable, extremely clean, an amazing view over the polder, cows, sheep, ducks, swans! Our children loved it an so did we. A baby cot was made available by Gerda (a wonderful, resourceful, extremely helping and always smiling owner), who also provided us with addresses for supermarkets and local restaurants. The Green Heart is very central. We easily got to visit Leiden, Noordwijk (beach and Space Expo) and Keukenhof (tulip garden). We hope to visit Holland again in the future and we'll definitely stay at the Bogaards farm again.

Summary: I highly recommend the apartment. We had one of three apartments of different sizes, clean, fully equipped, comfortable. It is surrounded by fields, cows, sheep, yet central to every place you might possibly want to see. Lake with sandy beach within a few minutes by bike, bike rental in Benthuizen 2 miles away. Den Haag, beach and fun park Wassenaar 1/2 hour by car, shops, and restaurants nearby. We were three generations with the youngest being 3 years old, and everyone found plenty to do and explore with the cows right behind the apartment. Private patio to enjoy the sun for breakfast.
