Summary: We had a great time at the Kimball Shores property. We found everything exactly as described in the listing. Many accessories that made it like home from a coffee/tea bar to condiments in the fridge. TV with streaming access and Wifi for the whole family. Hot tub always at the perfect temps! Outside and inside fire places were fun for all. Warm and cozy weekend we won’t soon forget! Thank you to our great hosts!

Summary: This is a cozy A frame cabin with an addition of a living room, dining room and master bedroom. It is incredibly comfortable with updated heating and a wood burning stove. Beds are super comfortable with really updated and new linens and blankets. We all fit comfortably (there are four of us, two adults and one tween, one teen). Furniture is all new. Hot tub was an added bonus. This property is about 30 minutes from North Conway. It didn't have too much directly around it, but could get to Hannafords/Walmart in about 25 minutes. My favorite part is that there are small little touches all over which make the stay all that better: a hot/cold water filtration system, little bedside tables for luggage, nightlights throughout. Some things I would recommend: bring slippers as master bedroom floor has some wood staples in corners (not finished) but there are carpets over majority of floors. Bring crates for dogs if they are used to jumping on furniture. Furniture is gorgeous and brand new and I was grateful we could crate dogs while we went skiing so they didn't jump up (owners have reasonably requested animals not on furniture as it is so new). Lastly, there is a direction to take off jewelry, but be sure to take off all jewelry when you get in the hot tub! My sterling silver jewelry tarnished but I was able to restore with some baking soda and aluminum foil. Alexa was so amazing with communication and very reliable and reachable. Side note: I just ordered the king bed for my home after sleeping on it, it was SO comfortable. A wonderful stay!
