Summary: Our family of 4 (couple and our young adult children) had a wonderful time at this very comfortable and well-located house. Several NH State Parks are within about a 25-30 minute drive from the house (we went to Mt. Sunapee, Wellington, and Wadleigh), and there are trailheads for multiple hiking trails even closer. We cooked dinner at the house on most nights (the kitchen really has everything that you need) and then enjoyed sitting outside looking at the beautiful stars (great view because of so little light pollution). Every morning, I was up early so that I could enjoy coffee on the porch and listen to all the birds. If I were going to buy a NH vacation home, I'd want it to be just like this one! Thanks for a great stay, Leigh!

Summary: Fantastic property. Quiet Location. Smooth and easy rental and check in process. Everything was great..clean, tidy, almost brand new. (Only two things could be improved...Internet and cell service slow, but great for a quiet weekend....maybe provide a French press coffee maker in addition to the Keurig machine.)

Summary: We had a great stay at this rental property! We were two couples in town for a sporting event in the area. Prior to our arrival, Leigh reached out to provide necessary check-in details and to make sure we had all of the info we needed. When we got to the home, which was easy to find, we were very pleasantly surprised by how lovely it was--the pictures do not do it justice! Everything was immaculate and new, and extremely comfy. It was truly like a home away from home! We cooked in both nights and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the living room and the beautiful backyard deck. The yard is very big, and my husband and I could see coming back at some point with our son and a friend. The road that the home is on is quiet with little traffic, and it was easy to relax and unwind. Leigh was available when I had a question, and responded promptly to my text. She was gracious and accommodating, making us feel welcome and wanted. We have rented properties many times on many platforms, and both my husband and I feel that this was one of the best experiences we have ever had, from start to finish!
