1 Bedroom Apartment in Bristol

This is a refurbished basement apartment in our home. You can enjoy the entire apartment with your own kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and living room with fireplace (we supply the wood). The house is set on 15 wooded acres for you to explore. Walk your dog or stroll through the woods. We are a quick 5 minute drive from Newfound lake, and set in the heart of the Lakes Region. In the surrounding area there are numerous hiking trails, snowmobile trails, ski resorts and more. Our large circular driveway means there is room to park your boat or snowmobile trailer. The garage has enough area to store your bicycles, motorcycles or one snowmobile We have four friendly dogs and there is a separate fenced in area available for your pet that our dogs do not have access to, however there is a shared pool inside the fence. In the shared yard there is a fire pit, feel free to use it from 5 to 11 PM. We raise chickens so there are always fresh eggs. We also have two goats.
This is an apartment in our home. We try to be as quiet as possible but you may hear us or the animals. We also occasionally use the RV that's on the property. You do have a table, chairs and grill for your own private use.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at Donna’s. Place was easy to locate and even better than described. Lots of nice details that made us feel at home and helped us out when we forgot toothpaste (: bonus we got to feed the chickens and goats which was so fun! Would definitely recommend for a small group stay!

Summary: This was the loveliest little weekend stay! Very easy to check in and check out. Donna and John were very communicative and kept the place very well stocked. Goats were very cute as an added bonus.

Summary: I stayed for only one night to attend a local funeral. Donna was a great host and provided a clean, well apportioned apartment. She pays a lot of attention to small little details in every room that make you feel right at home. As has been mentioned, the fresh eggs and muffins, the snacks, and almost everything you need, or forgot, is available. The only challenge I had was dealing with about a dozen or so insects crawling on the floors. Not necessarily a deal breaker, but good to know in advance. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would consider staying here again.
