Summary: Communication with Des has been stellar. I had earlier booked this place for an earlier vacation but came to find out that the location was not in the Okpoigono community as listed on the site; rather it is located at ACP Junction which is nowhere near the Okpoigono. I spoke with Des about it and we were able to work something out. Des was able to accommodate me months later with credits from this reservation. Thanks Des.

Summary: Des, Des, Des . . . This place is every thing he says. His Apartment Complex is beautiful, well-maintained and truly a home-away from home. He has given much attention to details and making his guests feel welcomed, protected and respected. He and his trusted on-site attendant (Isaac) are very responsive and accomodating. KITCHEN: If you like to prepare your own meals, this home delivers on everything you will need to do so. I suggest taking a Bolt, Uber or Taxi to the ShopRite at the Achimota Mall for all your food stuff and supplies. But the home has every utensil needed to prepare a nice feast and plenty of room in the fridge. OMG, there is a washing machine too! TV & WiFi: I was so pleased and impressed with the entertainment center and awesome sound system. My Amazon Fire TV worked very well in conjunction with the DSTV and I was able to stream Amazon Music & Netflix. POWER & WATER: My stay in Ghana was Awesome! The back-up generator and great water pressure in the shower kept me smiling, cool and calm. Thank you Desmond and Isaac for making my stay in Ghana the BEST vacation I have ever had. Jonathan T.
