One bedroom furnished apartment that has its own address, driveway, and porch. Located only 1.7 miles from SRP ballpark home of the Green Jackets, 2 miles from Augusta Ga And a short 5 miles to the Augusta National Golf Course. It's only 17 miles to Aiken S.C. and 19 miles from Fort Gordon, Augusta GA. A quick 2 minute trip around the corner to Starbucks, Walmart, and other shopping opportunities and restaurants. If you enjoy biking or walking, you're only 2 miles from the local greenway that stretches 12 miles through both North Augusta and Augusta. Leashed dogs are allowed on the greenway as well.
The property is a freestanding apartment upstairs with a total of 16 steps with a platform turned halfway up. Screened in porch with bench leads into a cozy, clean, and fully furnished open concept kitchen, living, and dining area. The bedroom is separated with a full bath included. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, microwave, utensils, coffee maker, coffee, sugars, and creamers. The non-working fireplace is located in the main part of space. We have put batteries/remote control candles for a nice cozy feeling. Pet friendly with access to a partially fenced yard. Small public green space across the street.
The owner lives next door to the property so even though you have your privacy there is always someone there for your needs. I believe each stay should be a great stay and look forward to hosting guests that enjoy traveling.

Summary: This little apartment was a great spot to stay for Master weekend! It was a fifteen minute drive to Augusta National! It was clean and cozy! The snacks and coffee that were made available was terrific! Would recommend!

Summary: Apartment was very clean and comfortable for two of us and our mid-size dog. Nice to have a park to walk dog in street out back. Also nice to have Aldis grocery store a mile away and restaurants that allow dogs in outside eating just couple miles away. Also nice parks to go walking for miles in shade with dog just few miles a way. Only downside was the TV. It was NOT a smart TV so you can't use it for your subscription channels like Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. It only had a dozen or so channels with old westerns and stuff that I watched for a while, but no cable channels like Fox News, Weather, Food, HGTV, etc. Fortunately we brought a small tablet so watched stuff on that.
