Our cozy vacation apartment in the Kampl district accommodates up to five guests. It features two bedrooms with double beds, one single room, and two bathrooms. The kitchen-living area includes a dishwasher. A small garden offers a pleasant space to relax outdoors and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Towels and bed linen are, of course, included in the rental price.
From May 16, 2025 to November 2, 2025, the Stubai Super Summer Card is included in the price – it offers numerous benefits such as free use of the mountain cable cars, free entry to swimming pools and museums, as well as complimentary use of public transportation throughout the Stubai Valley.
The location is ideal for both winter sports enthusiasts and nature lovers: cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, and the Schlick 2000 and Elfer ski areas are nearby. After an active day, you can enjoy local specialties at one of the many restaurants in Neustift's town center, just 2 km away.
The Stubai Glacier, a paradise for skiers and snowboarders, is about 20 minutes away by free ski bus or car. Summary: We ( three paragliding friends) had a great stay at this home with three separate bedrooms in Kampl. Very friendly owners and everything we needed was available. Only five minutes drive from the paragliding school and mountain lift at Neustift. Lots of other things to do in case the weather is not suitable fot paragliding.
