This apartment features 1 KING sized bed, 2 Queen beds, coffee maker, microwave, dedicated workspace and dining area with seating for six. There is a full kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with a stand-up shower & bluetooth speaker, wifi and central A/C. This property is close to all that Lindenhurst has to offer. We also have great amenities that are an outdoor pool and hot tub to relax (seasonal).

House Rules:
1)NO smoking in the home, violation of this rule will result in a $1000 fee to de-smoke the home.
2)Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 4pm and checkout is 11 am. If you'd like an early check-in at 3:00pm and/or late check-out at noon, please let us know 24 hrs in advance and send us $35 via the Airbnb platform so we can authorize this for you.
3)The apartment may run maintenance or clean pools, hot tub, landscaping as they see fit. Please be aware.
(4)No shoes in the home. Please take them off in the entrance.
(5)Any missing or damaged items will be charged retail cost through the Airbnb portal as part of our process.
(6)Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave WITHOUT a refund of your stay. *
(7)Quiet hours: 10PM-8AM
(8)Any unauthorized guests will be charged an extra $100/guest/night*
(9)The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee. Price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it!
(10) Do not wash hair down the drain.
(11)We require a $350 security deposit for stays 28 nights or longer and once a month cleaning of $150 extra fee.
(12)We charge a $150 security deposit for any same day one night reservation.
(13)There is a $150 charge for losing key fob.
(14) 2nd floor and backyard is only part of home that will be able to be accessed.
**We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.

Summary: The size was good for what we needed. The decor was nice. The space was clean. Was very disappointed that the hot tub was not open. I assumed something like that would have been available in the winter months. It was one of the main reasons we booked this property. I did not know there would be others staying on the lower level and we would not have the entire place. (I do not believe it said that when I booked.) One day the noise from the lower level was a bit distracting as I was working that day. Overall I do recommend it for a short stay. :)

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. It was my birthday weekend and I enjoyed the hot tub nightly and the pool. The outside living space both upstairs and downstairs was AMAZING. We used the fire pit as well and that was relaxing. We stayed 6 days and was at either Jones Beach, Robert Moses or Fire Island everyday. Mostly to watch the sunsets……so beautiful. We toured the Fire Island Museum and hiked to the top of the Fire Island Lighthouse (definitely recommend). Easy, Beautiful boardwalk from parking lot 5 of Robert Moses State Park to lighthouse. Then we continued walking to Kismet (about a mile from Lighthouse or 1 3/4 miles from parking lot 5) to a great restaurant called Dive. I highly recommend. It was on the Bay side and had a gorgeous view of the sunset. Food and servers were excellent. We then walked back on the beach (ocean side) to lot 5. The house itself is loaded with all the things you need to be comfortable including a huge aquarium which we enjoyed watching. Towels and bed linens were provided. There is a Keurig coffee maker but we chose to walk down to Schwartz’s Bagels (just 3/4 mile down the road) for coffee and bagel breakfast sandwiches (we highly recommend going there). Schwartz’s also has great parking if you choose to drive. The service was super fast and the bagel sandwiches hard to beat. The choices were huge and meet most taste buds! Since it was my birthday weekend, my daughters had bought me a huge bouquet of flowers, and the house had a great big vase to hold them so they sat on the table just making it feel like home. This was definitely a home away from home. The owner was attentive to our needs and answered us very quickly and made things right immediately. We highly recommend this house if you are looking for relaxation and close to beaches. There are multiple grocery stores in the area as well including Stop and Shop and Aldi. This home won’t disappoint.

Summary: The home is very beautiful and clean. We loved the pool, firepit, and the jacuzzi in the private back yard. We stayed out there as much as we could as the time was the perfect weather at the beginning of September. The host was amazing answering questions for the trains and subways as this was our first visit to New York. He offered info on the local grocery store and restaurants that were fantastic and so close. If you want to visit the area this is the home to stay in. Very safe and friendly neighborhood and if you have any questions the host answers almost immediately. If i could give more than 5 stars i would. We will definitely be back. Thanks for making us feel at home and welcome during our stay. A+ host and home!!!

Summary: Our family stayed here for a long weekend and it was amazing! Not only is Copiague a really cute town, this house is amazing. Well kept, super clean and comfortable. Our family enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We loved the upper deck and the pool deck. Very relaxing place! Close to the beach. Joao recommended some great places to eat. Thanks! Would happily return for another visit again!

Summary: This was a new listing and I am new to VRBO. This property had alot of nice touches such as beautiful decor, barbeque, deck, patio, pool and hot tub. Property manager was easy to work and communicate with. My only issue was that the day of I was told no parties of any kind are permitted. This blew my mind since this place is truly set up to have parties but people in the know told me that all VRBO listings say that because some houses have been destroyed via big house parties. Everyone that I hoped to have come on by was sick so only one sister was able to visit. I would rent this again if I could. One piece of advice is to buy the insurance because you just never know.

Summary: Property was better than advertised! Parked my boat and truck in the driveway. The amenities were outstanding! Pool and hot tub were great. The aquarium was an excellent addition. Neighborhood was quiet. Within walking distance of Schwartz's bagels. Up the main street and about a five-minute drive was Mama's Italian restaurant...phenomenal! East fifteen-minute drive to Captree Island, Jones Beach, or Fire Island. Host was attentive and checked on us appropriately. He left us a bottle of wine! I would absolutely stay here again!!
