Come enjoy a stay in the Aubrey countryside close to downtown Denton/Waterpark/UNT/TWU and many Wedding Venues. This is a one bedroom barndominium located behind the main house on 2 beautiful acres. We have a Tesla Universal EV Charger. There is a pond at the back of the property that guest are welcome to relax and enjoy. There are two queen beds upstairs and 1 bathroom downstairs. It has a kitchen stocked with cooking utensils along with a laundry room.

Summary: Returned to town for an event and immediately booked the barndo. So comfortable, convenient and quiet. Thoughtful touches make for a very pleasant stay. We'll be back!

Summary: The barndominium was so comfortable and easy to access. The kitchen was set up with coffee and tea and even had the fixins for pancakes. The host left oatmilk and eggs for us as well. We felt very safe on the property and enjoyed the country scenery. Just a welcomed break from city life. The host was EXCEPTIONAL. She accommodated a last minute reservation change and allowed us to move our booking because my son got sick and could not make the trip. This was by far the best encounter with a VRBO host I've ever had. We will be back!

Summary: Enjoyed 2 nights in the barndo while in town for event with teen daughter. Super convenient, clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Great place to relax in the evenings, and one of the best rentals we've seen.
