Summary: This is a great location. Super clean and cozy! The beds are comfortable, as is the couch in the living room. The kitchen is small, but still has a large table for games and eating.Two things to note:1. The room is up steep stairs. 2. The laundry is not in the apartment. It's downstairs in a communal space and requires quarters to operate. Bring your own detergent.

Summary: Just as advertised! Extremely clean and comfortable. Tyler was available at all times for a phone call or text message. Several of the streets were flooded in the area and we had a tough time getting in but we called Tyler and he helped us get there.

Summary: Good location as we were doing things in and out of the metro area. We all thought the unit could have used more "outfitting" of basics people need and cleaning also needs to be beefed up. This however really didn't affect our stay so we enjoyed the place and I do recommend it as a VRBO host myself from Milwaukee

Summary: 10 day stay for the bourbon trail but discovered so much more in Louisville. This unit was a great base for all our needs and was an easy drive to downtown Louisville. Tyler was amazing with help and communication.

Summary: This was a perfect location for a weekend bourbon tour with close proximity to downtown distilleries as well as quick access to the highways to see the out of town distilleries. It’s also close to Lynn Family Stadium so if you are in for a soccer game or event, it’s within walking distance. The property was perfect for chilling out and had everything we needed.

Summary: We did a quick overnight stay after a bourbon tour. This place was so nice. It was ver clean, had everything we needed and had great bourbon themed decor. If you’re in the area, stay here. I know we will stay again.
