Nestled among the trees on 26 acres, this cozy 700 square foot cabin offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. A 1/4-mile wooded driveway leads to this charming retreat, where you can relax on the porch swing or take a nap in the hammock while watching deer and turkey.
Filled with games and books, this cabin is perfect for those rainy days. Located just 2 miles from the Quemahoning Reservoir, you'll be minutes away from fishing, mountain biking, kayaking, and paddleboarding. The Laurel Highlands area offers plenty of outdoor adventures, including visits to the Flight 93 Memorial and nearby state parks. You're also just a short drive from Laurel Mountain Ski Resort, Seven Springs, and Hidden Valley.
Please note, this cabin is rustic and has been updated with modern amenities, but does not have a TV or WiFi. There is cell service, but we encourage you to disconnect and immerse yourself in nature during your stay. The loft area is off limits to guests and the spiral staircase leading up to it is not to be used.
The driveway is dirt and gravel and requires an AWD or 4x4 vehicle during the winter months. Drive slowly and enjoy the scenic journey up the small gravel hill to the cabin.
Absolutely no pets are permitted in the cabin.

Summary: My family and I enjoyed our stay in this cozy, charming cabin while in the area for a weekend event. It was the perfect place to return to and unwind after a long day of activities. The property is peaceful, very clean and well equipped. Communication with the host was excellent. We will definitely return for a weekend getaway to simply enjoy the cabin and it's surroundings.

Summary: It truly is a cozy cabin among the trees. I needed an escape from life's daily intrusions and interruptions and this place did not disappoint. Definitely need 4WD or all wheel drive to get up the driveway in the winter months. Already scheduled my next stay. Bring a book!!

Summary: Awesome cabin tucked away from the world. Fun woods to explore all around. Comfortable beds with all the linens; clean bathroom with towels; everything is there that you'd need in the kitchen...pots, pans, silverware, measuring spoons and cup, a can opener, baking dishes, etc. Just know there's no dishwasher or microwave. Driveway is tricky for about the first 30 feet or so especially after it's rained. After that it's a gravel driveway that's a fun ride to the cabin. I'd absolutely stay here again!

Summary: The cabin is absolutely stunning and the woods were so peaceful. We loved being in the middle of nowhere and enjoying the time by ourselves. The overlook area of the mountains and valley was beautiful and just made everything more amazing. My boyfriend loved it so much that he asked me to marry him there. We are planning to return for our honeymoon.

Summary: This cabin and property was everything we hoped for. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with anything you would need! Saw a family of deer several times and cooked all but one meal outside (although the kitchen was fully stocked)! Comfortable sleeping, well furnished and we didn’t miss the tv, microwave or Wi-Fi! We were definitely able to disconnect and enjoyed our time. We’ll definitely go back some day!
