We are 3 miles from the entrance to Wolf Pen Gap road and another 2 to man the main trailhead. You can ride your ATV from the property

Located very near the Ouachita River and close Wolf Pen Gap, Little Coon is on a hill overlooking a pond
Very private and peaceful. 1 queen bedroom sleeps 2
Free coffee with conventional coffee maker, full size fridge, full bathroom, a charcoal grill, 3 outdoor seating areas.
There is a window unit for air conditioning and floor heaters for winter. The house is well insulated and stays comfortable all year.
All bedding, towels, eating and cooking utensils are included. Just bring your favorite drinks, eats and treats!

Ride your ATV to Wolf Pen Gap from the property and enjoy their 40 plus miles of trails and sites. Also, ride the 1 mile to the river and float or just hang out!

Summary: The cabin was perfect for our trip to pick up our grandchildren for the holidays. My husband and spent 3 nights enjoying riding our sxs in Mena. Then continued our trip to Berryville to pick up our grandchildren; returning to the cabin for a night before going home to Southeast Texas because it’s a halfway mark for us to all rest. The cabin was perfect- clean, warm and private! Doc was a welcomed surprise that helped ease our missing our fur babies! We hope to make this a regular stop during our custody swaps!

Summary: We enjoyed the whole experience. The cabin/small home was cute. The property was well kept and their dog led us to the right up to the cabin. (Such a cute addition). The Fall foliage was a beautiful reflection off the pond and the quiet area was so relaxing.

Summary: The cabin was secluded and on beautiful land. The owners have a dog that was friendly as can be, and guides you up to the cabin. The cabin was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a weekend getaway. 10/10 would stay again.

Summary: We thought the property was beautiful and loved the “bear dog” visits. He was super sweet. We felt that the description of the property was a bit off. It had said there was an acre pond but it was actually less than half an acre and unfortunately we couldn’t really enjoy it because it had not been maintained and there was 4 foot grass around it. My husband went to the other pond to fish because it was accessible and the owner approached him without a greeting and told him he couldn’t fish there. She was very rude and not welcoming at all. Another thing that was listed in the property description was that you could drive from the property to the Wolfpen ATV park in your ATV easily. I had thought that meant it was very close and easily accessible but it was actually much farther and down the road. We ended up trailering our ATV and driving and finding a place to park and go in. My husband and son were so uncomfortable with the exchange with the owners that we ended up booking another home and leaving this property.
