The cabin in located at the bottom of the mountain along the trout stocked Dry River. This cabin is equipped with all the amenities to make you feel right at home. You will be able to leave all your worries behind, have a beautiful bonfire while listening to the river run down the beautiful mountain side.

Summary: When renting vacation properties, I find it very helpful to read reviews beforehand. Cozy Cabin had great reviews so my family decided this would be a great place to stay. The owners responded to communication in a timely manner. When we arrived at the cabin, I did a walk-through of the property and was highly disappointed with what i found. The stove was covered in grease as if someone had just fried food and was not cleaned along with food in the oven. The bathtub had hair in it and the shower curtain was covered in pink mold. The vents of the AC units were coated in black mold. When I contacted the owners, they offered to come clean and fix those problems. This would have been very inconvenient as my family was just settling in. I made the comment to the owners via email that renters pay a cleaning fee with the expectation that the property would be cleaned and sanitized prior to arrival, not while renters are there to enjoy their vacation. For this comment, I was called "rude." The owners offered to remedy this issue by offering us a full refund if we checked out that evening. The owner was rather impolite with his response. I was accused of "looking for a reason to complain from the moment we stepped into the cabin." Based on the issues that I shared, this is far from the truth. Mold in several places throughout the cabin is a health risk, especially for people with asthma (like my son). We checked out three hours after we arrived due to the conditions of the cabin.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and well maintained as well. My son and I had a relaxing Family Weekend. Too bad we had so much rain. We wanted to try the fire pit! We'd stay here again!

Summary: This was a girls weekend away and what a fantastic location! Relaxing, scenic, and the river is really beautiful. Also definitely one of the best stocked rentals I've ever been at. The hosts really do provide so much and everything is right where you need it to be. Would happily return!
