Summary: I can't say enough wonderful things about the host Krystyn. She was so flexible and accommodating for us and our pack, she was wonderful. This cabin had everything you could possibly need, they thought of everything! Love seeing the eagles and all of the wildlife, very peaceful place. Will definitely be back. Thank again Krystyn for everything!

Summary: Title says it all. This was our fourth stay here. Krystyn is an excellent host. Provided almost everything you could need. It is peaceful, quiet and very relaxing. We visited local wineries, drove up through the mountains to to view the foliage. Went up to High Pont State Park and walked around. We will be back for a fifth visit.

Summary: Eagles Landing has the perfect view and access to the river. It was a great place to kayak and swim. The cabin was perfect for our needs and well stocked with all staple items you would need plus many thoughtful extras!! We greatly appreciated the kindness shown to our dog’s stay as well! The owners were very helpful and response. It was a very quiet, relaxing, and restful extra long weekend for us!

Summary: A tranquil gem tucked on the Delaware. My requirements for this getaway : dog friendly (check), calm waters (check), small town vibe (check), clean and reliable host/home (check). Krystan was above and beyond helpful and gracious thru out. We had the cottage that slept two. It was very comfortable for Hubby, myself and our 60lb lab. The town of Midford is about a 10 min ride, and a must see. Plenty of restaurants, shopping and fantastic people watching. We got lucky as the music fest was going on and never flet "too" busy. infact . just right.

Summary: Wonderful place to stay! An excellent cabin; right on the river. Very comfortable - the mattress was fantastic. Had EVERYTHING I needed (and more); all the kitchen necessities, everything labeled; wood-burning stove; smore fixings! It was lovely being on the river; outstanding communication with Krystyn. Can't wait to return :)

Summary: This was out 3rd stay here. Each time we get more familiar with the area - ice cream parlors, restaurants, winery's and other venues and parks. The Host is very polite via texting, makes sure you have all you need. The cabin at this point in time almost seems like a second home.

Summary: Our stay for the Christmas holidays was so beautiful. The host Krystan was so helpful and the are doing a great job making the cabin evrn cozier! Even though you are close to both milford and matamoras you feel secluded on the river. The cabin wad clean and had everything you need...including Smores! Highly recommended!

Summary: This is a very lovely property. First and VERY important, was the house was SO clean. Every nook and cranny, every cupboard, every appliance was like new. The big picture windows were a big reason we chose it, and they did not disappoint. We can in November so I knew that we would likely spend more time inside than out and the windows (which were also spotless) and view were amazing. They had numerous place on the property to sit outside and enjoy the river. The property manager (owner?) was very accessible and was able to be flexible with check and and check out times. We will definitely be back. By the way, we went into Milford and at a a lovely restaurant and did some shopping. It is a very sweet town.
