Welcome to Opie's Cabins. These Cozy Cabins are fully restored 100-year old Rail Road Cabins, located near the Comal River. The Comal River is within walking distance and can been seen from the deck. Texas Tubes is located next door for easy outdoor fun. Each Cabin is uniquely decorated with it's own theme. All 8 cabins are connected with a gorgeous deck, which makes reserving multiple cabins more convenient for larger parties and groups.

Summary: I go to NB with my bike the same time every year to get in some miles and solitude and stay in the same cabin…which is perfectly situated near the town center (which includes a great selection of restaurants! Needless to say, I’ll be back next year!

Summary: Not our first day at these wonderful cabins. We visit every year and we will continue to stay at this property. The cabins are beautifully decorated, very clean and the host is always available for any help or questions. The space available and the decks for each cabin, make it perfect for visiting with friends. You can walk to the river, and you can walk to any of the restaurants and bars in downtown New Braunfels. I highly recommend this place,and would never stay anywhere else :)

Summary: We have stayed at these cabins several times. Five minute walking distance to downtown, Landa Park, and Wurstfest. Very quiet, parking is easy. One of our favorite places to stay in New Braunfels.

Summary: The facility was great. Very quiet. Very safe for kids. Veronica was helpful and friendly, we had to call about couch bed. The best part is proximity to Texas tubes and the river, although you can’t really see the river from the cabin, it is a very short walk. We would stay there again

Summary: Perfectly located spacious cabins. The bed was very comfortable. We had some deer show up in front of our window which was precious. Fairly quiet property at night. Right nextdoor to Texas Tubes made for easy river access. Quick walking distance to historic downtown with plenty of food and bar options. Checking in and out was easy. Basic amenities provided, ice trays and spacious half sized fridge in the small but fully functional kitchen. We loved the outdoor seating area(s) as well. Place was super clean on arrival and check out instructions were a breeze! We will be back!
