Positive: The cottage is perfect. The area is beautiful and so quiet. The location is perfectly situated for short trips to Gruene/New Braunfels, San Marcos, Wimberley, and more. It is much larger than anticipated. Two living areas, spacious bedrooms, and huge back porch.
