2 Bedroom Condo in Logan
We have owned this condo for the past 12 years. Our children have lived here while attending USU. We are now welcoming guests from all over and sharing what we love about Cache Valley with others.
The basics:
Our condo is in the heart of Logan with easy access to Utah State University, shopping, Beaver Mountain Resort and Logan Canyon. It is 45 minutes to the slopes in the winter and an hour to Bear Lake in the summer. The condo is located in a complex that houses students most of the year with a few young families and retired couples. It is across the street from grocery shopping, the instacare clinic and close to restaurants. The condo is located on the main bus lines for Logan for easy transportation options. This condo is a family home and perfect for a quick getaway weekend, festivals, concerts, attending training workshops or visiting a student at the university.
Bedrooms:
It has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, closet, dresser and end tables. There is a small work desk available in one bedroom.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has all of the necessary equipment for family meals. There are pots, pans, cookware, cutting boards, coffee maker, salt, sugar, pepper, silverware, plates, dishes, cups, etc. The kitchen has an electric stove/oven, crockpot, toaster, blender, microwave, fridge and Keurig.
Livingroom:
The living room area has a sleeper sofa, chairs, and bookcase with games and a good selection of books. There is a flat screen smart TV with cable. There is reliable WiFi provided also.
Bathroom:
tub/shower, sink, toilet. Shampoo/Soap. Plenty of towels.
Laundry:
There is a coin operated laundry room in the complex. We do not have a washer/dryer in the unit. Please feel free to use the laundry soap from the condo.
For the Kids:
There are unbreakable dishes, crayons, books, board games, and puzzles.
Other:
If it is in the house you are free to use it. We have also supplied plungers, toilet scrubbers, brooms, dustpans, soap, dish scrubbers, paper towels, and ample toilet paper.

Lockbox access and driving directions will be provided 48 hours prior to reservation.

What to do and see:
Logan has lots of great activities year round. Summer is the perfect time to enjoy hiking, boating, kayaking, biking, and fishing. There are a variety of festivals and farmers markets as well. Winter is cold and snowy. Whether you are here for recreational or professional reasons, we hope you find our home to be a comfortable place to stay.

Important note- This condo is a third story walk up on a upper floor accessed by two staircases(28 steps). Some travelers may find climbing these stairs to be difficult. It is not especially designed with kids in mind, but we welcome families with children. The unit is not child proofed for very small people.
