Harbor Village is right across from the marina with walking trails located right off the neighborhood. Two minutes from downtown Garden City and 15 minutes from the Idaho and Utah State run beach access. Only 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Seasonal Pool and Tennis courts as well.
Jogging/walking trail is right out in front of the neighborhood, with close access to downtown Garden City. Marina is across the street. Overflow parking for additional vehicles or trailers.

Summary: Great property with lovely view of Bear Lake from the backyard and Master suite. The location of the condo is nice with just a short drive to restaurants and beaches. We had a wonderful stay.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room and the property was very comfortable. The pool area was a nice area, very enjoyable and clean. The AC worked well...if you were in the lower level. The upper level got very warm even after leaving all windows, blinds, and curtains shut and all vents were open. Other than that, it is a nice property. Lots of stairs which wasn't a burden for us, but we did notice a few senior guests who were struggling. Other members of our family stayed in a unit right behind ours and it was large and accommodated them well. The area is very nice.

Summary: This is the perfect property for smaller groups of people! We had 2 couples and a infant and was very nice and clean! The property is up on a hill so you need to drive to most of the things you are doing. If you have a trailer you have to park the trailer parking is down below at the harbor village trailer parking area. There is only 1 spot you could park a trailer close to the property. Place is a very nice little condo and does have 2 stalls right out front to park automobile's. All and all very nice place with great views of the lake.

Summary: We loved sitting outside and and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. The location was quiet, parking was easy and well marked, the beds were clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and an outdoor grill made meals easy, too. There were some minor improvements that could have been made—several missing light bulbs and the place needed dusting. But overall it was terrific and we would stay there again happily.
