Summary: Comfortable clean apartment in a lovely wooded setting. Very quiet. A minor issue on arrival was promptly addressed by our host. Would stay here again.

Summary: This is a wonderful cabin in the woods. Very private, heavily wooded and secluded. There is a residence next door but the setting still promotes solitude. Clean, pleasant and comfortable with all the expected amenities. The shower (no tub) is very spacious and the water pressure nice and strong. The cabin had everything we needed, including two air conditioners for the unusually hot weather. Check in was simple and door locking mechanism easy to use. The pictures do show steps leading up to the second floor entrance. If you have difficulty with steps then exercise caution with this rental. My wife and I are in our mid-70's with 5 joint replacements between the two of us and we had no trouble with the steps. The handrail is very sturdy. We highly recommend this host and property.

Summary: Beautiful property set far enough back from the road that all you hear are birds. Well maintained. We loved "Derailed" and "Tom X" for dining. Bushkill Falls was amazing. Go for the red trail. You can do it!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Carriage House. What a lovely spot in the woods of the Poconos. Our plans —to do some walking, to eat out once and to eat in multiple times, to enjoy quiet time together, to read and relax— were fully met. It’s important that hosts can be reached and Chrissy was reachable throughout our three night stay. While we would have appreciated access to a barbecue as well as a small cutting board, these were small inconveniences on a very lovely stay.

Summary: Every year we try to stay in a cabin in a new place for our anniversary. This cabin is small, yet charming place perfect for a couple. I was a little bummed about there not being a stove but that was my fault for not reading the description better. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were great. Friendly and quick to answer any questions we had.
