Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a very private wooded location. The host was very accommodating in making sure we had everything we needed. The chalet was very nice and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked to cook meals. The queen bed was very comfortable. The heating/air conditioning worked great. We didin’t use the deck, but it is very nice. It is a very relaxing atmosphere.

Summary: Our family loved our weekend getaway in this home. It’s about 2 miles down a partially paved road, so you really feel like you’re away from everything, but you’re also close enough to attractions, restaurants, and shops for anything you want or need. The house is amazingly well-kept and well stocked. We hope to stay there again!

Summary: Loved having the "secluded cabin in the woods feel" while still being within 20 minutes of the town of Elkton and one of the national park entrances. Convenient location for the national park explorers. Harrisonburg was not far either if you needed a bigger grocery store or restaurant options. Very clean and cozy! The hosts made us feel welcome with a thank you card and bottle of wine waiting for us in the kitchen. Would definitely go back!
