Laundry available for your convenience. The outdoor space inspired our name, "Winterland". You, your family and 4 legged friends ( dogs only) can enjoy the gorgeous outdoors, BBQ, spa, hammock, tire swing and completely fenced yard. As long as mother nature provides - enjoy the private sled hill on the property. We provide the sleds! A Nest thermostat, an A/C split, high speed internet and loaded Roku TV (including cable) are just some of the additional amenities offered. No steep driveways. Flat and level parking. Rest assured maintaining the highest level of cleanliness is our priority.
