Summary: Great location and homey accommodation. Easy access to places of interest, eastern coastal route, Charlottown histprical sites, Anne of Great Gables and Lucy Maud Montgomery places. PEI is one beautiful place and we loved it.

Summary: We love visiting Charlottetown. The only problems with our VRBO location was that we did not receive the door code in advance so were a bit late checking in. That was stressful but the host did show up within 15 minutes and also gifted us with a lovely bottle of white wine for the inconvenience. The property worked out very well for us to host a small baby shower for a few visiting family who were staying at other locations. There was lots of space and seating. We also appreciated having extra parking as we were travelling with 3 vehicles. You can easily park 4 vehicles in the driveway. My only suggestions to the host would be to upgrade the outside of the property a bit with lawn maintenance and having the decks painted and shading on the back deck - it was always way to hot to sit outside. Every amenity was provided in the kitchen and bathrooms which was also lovely. Overall, we would definitely book the same property again.

Summary: We had an excellent stay at Tim's place. Centrally located in Charlottetown and close to everywhere we needed to be. The place was exactly as advertised and the host was easy to contact. Would definitely recommend.
