4 bedroom family friendly home that is newly renovated with a beautifully landscaped, garden w/ 2 outdoor couches, hammock & brand new 4 burner Weber gas grill. Just a short walk to Hudson's main strip Warren Street where all the wonderful bars, restaurants, and boutiques are located. Each bedroom comes with memory foam beds. This is the perfect place to relax with friends. The home is located 30 minutes to Albany and 20 minutes to Bard College. We have a brand new front load washer & dryer.
Our home is shoe free. Please take your shoes off before entering.
-We have a $65 dollar per night pet fee.
-We only allow two dogs and we ask that you please notify us that you will be bringing a pet.
-We do not want your pets using the bathroom in our yard please walk them elsewhere.
-No pets allowed in the bed or on the furniture please.
-Upon Booking please provide a government ID that matches the name on the rental agreement.

Summary: I stayed at Adam’s property for a short Christmas trip with family members and our pup! It was in a great location and we ended up opting for walking around town which was super nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and thought the house was just as the listing shows. Definitely recommend (if you have a dog that sheds just be careful of the house rules) overall great stay

Summary: We loved staying at this house! Everything about it makes you feel welcome from a pretty well stocked kitchen to comfy linens and beds. It’s also close to Warren St. where you will spend most of your time of time if you visit for a weekend. We look forward to heading there again at some point!

Summary: This is a very hip house, cool decor, and the beds were comfortable and bedding was nice. We don't want to be too negative but feel others might want the full scoop prior to booking. The house is on a bizarrely loud street...trucks are barreling down this street all night and we all barely slept. The trucks actually made the whole house shake..felt like sleeping on a highway.The noise might be helped by taking out out the window air conditioners. We could hear every word of the conversations that started at the quick deli right below the master bedroom that began at 5:30am. We felt the downstairs had a vaguely smokey smell, which made sense when we saw the "hooka tobacco" in full view on top of fridge. Did NOT appreciate that the smoke detector was covered up by a plastic bag. Unfortunately didn't see this until we were leaving. Also no dishwasher fyi.
