Positive: The location was perfect. The amenities were fabulous. My kids loved using the paddle boards and kayak. The views were so beautiful.
Negative: Some of the instructions in the book are out of date. The property is in an HOA type neighborhood so they are very picky about things which was fine but some stuff should have been mentioned up front.

Positive: The lake house was exactly what was needed for a weekend trip. The house has plenty of space, the beds were very comfy. The hot tub worked perfectly fine as did the TV. Very quiet private community that was great to walk around and close to Athens.
Negative: The couches could be updated as well as the paint on the walls. The kitchen is quite small so cooking was only for one out of the two nights we were there.

Positive: The property itself was amazing! Cosy yet spacious, and had everything you could need in the kitchen. It was also great to have direct access to the lake with a kayak and padel. And the hot tub was a great addition.
Negative: The main problem was we were given the wrong code to access the property and the wrong contact phone number. This meant we were sat outside in the dark (as we arrived late) trying to get into the property for half an hour. Eventually we managed to get hold of someone via email. Once inside everything was fine. But make sure you test the contact number before you go. Minor annoying thing was the pedalo was broken.
