Summary: Cute, little, quaint Cape Cod Cottage on the North Shore in a very nice walking neighborhood! The parking space puddles from recent rains were a bit difficult to navigate! Little area rugs were slippery, need to have grippers under them. Also they need to be cleaned. TV for 75+ old renters was a bit hard to navigate, all appliances are new and nice, counter stools need to be reinforced. Owner is very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again. TY!

Summary: This home is such a lovely small house. It has all the amenities of a hotel suite, without the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to see such attention to detail. There were snacks on the counter greeting us as we entered. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools you’d need to make a meal. It was such a great stay. This home was impressively clean and really surprised my wife, who set a high bar with her standard of clean! Very high marks from us. One tip, if you’re tall, duck your head when you go in and out of the front door.

Summary: This cottage was just perfect for a family reunion in the Salem area. It was the perfect size for my husband, son, and I. The property owner was helpful and kind during our stay. The cottage had everything we needed. As a heads up, this cottage is down a very short and tight street. It provides one parking space only, with some opportunities for side street parking a little further down the road. We felt safe and comfortable for our entire stay. The cottage is on the shore, however, Salem is not really a “beach” community. Instead, we spent the week shopping in town, visiting the surrounding villages, like Rockport, Newburyport, and Marblehead. We visited museums and historic sites. Our vacation was a blast!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Cottage was spotless and had everything you’d need in the kitchen. Close to Boston and Salem…we have nothing but good things to say and took home wonderful memories!

Summary: Small cozy Massachusetts cottage was perfect for our weeklong stay to explore some sites along the coast. We were close to stores, shopping, restaurants and the train and it was easy to go into Boston or to take a drive up to New Hampshire or Maine. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: The unit is has a beach cottage feel to it. All included. Only drawback was that we were there during the basketball playoff games and cable did not have any sports channels. Otherwise all was fine!

Summary: It's a real cozy and cute place to stay. Real comfortable and clean. Very close to Salem, Cabot street, which has a lot of good places to eat and a few minutes from a nice shopping mall.
