Within minutes from downtown, there is ample amenities in reach. UR, and strong hospital is minutes away. The Blue cross arena is within walking distance. There is a beautiful park close to the condo. There are also great choices of restaurants just a few minutes away: Dinosaurs BBQ (Southern-style meats), to mention a few. Calm and peaceful neighborhood; there is a park and a trail within walking distance, as well as close to the waters. Plenty of cafe's and restaurants in the area. Close-by to the RIT, Strong, UofR, and the Strong medical center. Tesla drivers/lovers have EV charging station in the garage for convenience. Exercise equipment available for your convenience. Summary: I had never been in this neighborhood before. It’s an extremely cute area. The garage parking access was a huge perk. The condo gives a modern feel, with a style of NYC condos. It was easy to get to and check in. The bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen is a little small, but we didn’t cook anything, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. It would be a very interesting place to live as a single person or a couple with no kids.

Summary: The condo was exactly as described; very nice neighborhood, neat & modern unit, well-supplied with clean, new appliances (including coffeemaker, a variety of coffee pods, well-stocked cabinets with glasses, plates, cutlery, etc., even snacks on the kitchen table!). Very easy communication with the property owner, who quickly answered any questions that I had.
