Summary: 10 out of 10 would recommend over and over again the property was clean it was in a great neighborhood it was close to the beach for my family and i. The host was amazing the check-in process was very simple and was sent to my email. I had no problems whatsoever this condo came with everything and then some it's a home away from home if I had more money I would have stayed longer in all honesty. The post was so kind and accommodating I will never forget this trip. I cannot thank the host enough

Summary: Our recent stay at this property was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and charm of the place. The house was well maintained and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living areas were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal, offering a peaceful and scenic environment while still being close to local attractions and dining options. We visited the restaurants that were in the listing post and loved them. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Summary: Initially we started out at this unit but had some issues with plumbing , the owner graciously moved us to another Condo located elsewhere bc he couldn’t get a plumber for a few days, we was very happy with where we were but equally happy where we wound up. The owner was very willing to make our stay enjoyable and it was. So my five stars are for both places, I’d definitely rent again

Summary: I’m surprised to see so many glowing reviews here. While it had some pros, there were many cons. PROS: -Very well stocked kitchen: spice rack, pots/pans, countertop appliances. -Proximity to beach (but absolutely NOT walking distance) and a tiki bar. -Very nice grill. -Nice extra amenities like beach chairs, bikes, cute beach towels, etc. -When we were there, the pool was very warm. -TV has lots of streaming services -Shampoo/conditioner provided. -Close to stores like Publix, Bealls, etc. CONS: -Smelled terrible upon arrival, like a dingy apartment building (we asked VRBO to let us out of the rental, but they said their policy was to support hosts not guests…interesting). We spent hours trying to rid the smell by cleaning and bought air fresheners. Smell improved after a couple days. -Vents, fans, blinds, lampshades, window ledges, furniture and wall decor were noticeably dusty. When we contacted the host, he just kept saying the unit was cleaned. Guess we have different standards. We asked him to come see for himself, but he stopped responding. -NO TOP SHEETS on beds. Host strangely believes duvet takes place of top sheet. We bought sheets at Walmart for the beds as well as one for covering the very soiled couch -toilet is old and seal is rotting and leaks at times. -many outlets broken -patio has a slumped and moldy fence and a broken window in the storage area. Screen ripped. -Deadbolt doesn't work. It was a good price but we got what we paid for.

Summary: Very clean comfortable condo with lots of helpful details like a well stocked kitchen, nice linens, beach supplies and very new king mattress in the master bedroom. The pool was also very clean although it was too cold to swim while I was there.

Summary: We had a wonderful 6 days at this property. The host was very easy to reach with any questions. The location is good - close enough to enjoy the beaches and other areas. Yet it was very quiet and not in a crowded area. The furniture showed some rental wear. The bed was great! It was too cool to use the pool but it looked very clean and inviting! The host had many extras at the rental to use. Bikes and everything you needed for the beach - except a shelling net! We had a great experience!

Summary: We selected this property because it was within walking distance of family in the area. It was clean and fully furnished. There were even 3 children’s bikes, which the kids enjoyed. This property was also within walking distance to the Lighthouse Bar and Grille, which is a good place to dine and listen to music. The beach, other dining, and shopping are a short drive away.
