Positive: This was the perfect spot for our trip! The space felt very clean and comfy. Everything was very well-labeled, and intuitive. Kitchen was well stocked with basic cooking items. I also really loved that the property has laundry in the home! Thank you! And finally, we really appreciated the private backyard, and the amenities out back - fire pit, grill, seating, open grassy space. Very nice spot to rest.
Negative: I wish there had been rugs on the bathroom floors. They were sealed cement floors, so without rugs, they were cold, and very slippery when wet. We used towels to cover the floor, but that would have been nice. Also, I wish the home had darker curtains available, especially for the bedrooms. There were blinds, and very light/sheer curtains, but I wish we could have made the room a little darker. And lastly, I love that the home requested that guests take their shoes off… but there’s not a designated “landing zone” for shoes. Maybe add a small shoe tray or rug to encourage future guests to set their shoes in that spot until they’re ready to leave.
Summary: Great, comfortable little home and close to the restaurants and activities we were in town to enjoy.

Positive: Very cozy and nice floor plan. Small home but good space use. Nicely decorated. Comfy beds. Backyard has good fence for pup safety. Conveniently located and easy to get to.
Negative: Toilet paper holder in hall bathroom is backwards causing paper to get knocked off to floor easily.
Summary: Will save this little gem for future trips for biking and shopping

Positive: I loved how it looked and felt very comfortable and similar to being home.
Negative: There was a plumbing issue that I had to troubleshoot. Also a mirror fell off of the wall that scared my child. However, everything else was perfect.

Positive: The location was good because it was away from all the busy streets and construction and was easy to get to places to visit. The bedding was very comfortable and the backyard was very private.
Negative: The rugs in the spare bedroom were a tripping hazard. It would have been nice to have a folder with more information such has how to lock and unlock the door, how to leave the towels, dishes, and bedding when you leave, and have information about restaurants, maps, and places for interest.
Summary: It was very enjoyable and relaxing.
