Summary: Will stay again. Grill wasn't clean and not in good shape. No paddles or balls for ping pong, bought some and leaving there. Need some light bulbs changed. No life jacket for kayaking but we enjoyed it very much

Summary: Overall nice property. Only complaints are about the heat and the shower. The heat wasnt on when we checked in (it's winter). The shower also doesnt get hot (would get slightly warmer than tap cold, but thats all despite the sink water being very hot)

Summary: The house was a nice cozy house overall. The kitchen was updated with new appliances. Beds were comfortable. Couldn’t spend time on the patio in the evening because the lights didn’t work. Would’ve like to have a fire pit to use. The basement was cold. There was no dock so we couldn’t hang out by the lake and there were to many leaves on the property that should’ve been blown away from the house.

Summary: This 2 bed 1.5 bath is a perfect place to relax, kayak, fish or just enjoy beautiful Lake Hartwell. The kitchen is well equipped, there are 2 big screen TVs and an ample deck looking over the lake. Downstairs is a Ping Pong table we spent a lot of time on. Nice little walk way down to the lake. Kayaks are provided. We will be back.

Summary: Enjoyed the local food, lake fun, and remote location to feel off the beaten path. Had what we needed for a family of 5. Kids were too scared to sleep in the basement though.

Summary: Was excited to stay at a house on the lake, but the lake access full of over growth, large limbs, and trash. The yard was over grown with trash and dirty clothes left laying around. Inside was worse. It smelt terrible, there was a giant box full of trash in the laundry room, filthy floors, and trash in the window sills. The beds were made, but we questioned the cleanliness of the bedding. Not sure who the cleaning company is, but I don’t think the owners are getting their money’s worth.

Summary: Great response between owner and us through the entire process. Rented for 5 days for work. We liked that it was on the lake, unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it, as it poured the entire time. The outside definitely needs to be cleaned up. First appearances are important. A little TLC would greatly improve the front. The kitchen was fine, we’ll stocked. There’s all new appliances. Kitchen has a small table that does expand to seat 6 comfortably. Unfortunately, there’s only 4 chairs. So if you have more than 4 people I’m not sure what you would do. There is one other small child’s chair in the bedroom downstairs. The 4 chairs in the kitchen are all different, pretty uncomfortable, should be replaced. I kept the table open for our entire stay. Very large living room, windows scaped to overlook the lake. Easy walk down to The lake as well. There are steps leading to water. No views of the water in spring and summer due to trees. There are 4 Adirondack chairs outside facing the water, table and 4 chairs. Again, it rained the entire time so we could not enjoy the lake. There are 2 kayaks. There’s is a grill, we never used it. Charcoal only. Again, the outside was unkept. I would have recommended that they blew the fallen sticks, leaves, fallen debry off the back deck. The couch is okay, maybe have that cleaned. There is a large water stain on it. I just covered it with a sheet to sit on. 2 pretty wicker chairs. I would probably update the furniture it’s needed. Marketplace is a great place to purchase things inexpensively. Bedroom downstairs has a daybed with trundle. We didn’t use it, yet did lay on it one afternoon, mattresses very comfortable. There are extra sheets and blankets in the closet in this bedroom,. They were not folded, blankets were laying on the floor. I washed a blanket/comforter that was in the closet, as it definitely had signs of use prior to us. Pillows are also just thrown on the floor of the closet with a bunch of other sheets, and blankets. Needs to be tidied up. Bathroom on main level was fine. Stand up shower only. Loft upstairs has a 4 poster king bed. Very nice. Small bathroom, no shower. Large closet. Laundry room has new appliances which was nice. This place is fine for the money and or quick little getaway. Easy to find. We had no problem hearing traffic as others commented on. I think with some TLC this cabin would be awesome!

Summary: My husband and I Rented this little cottage for a weekend for our anniversary. All we wanted was something cozy to spend time together. This property was clean and maintained very nicely. Plenty of towels, pots, pans, ect. We had everything we needed plus some. The bed upstairs was incredibly comfortable and the furnishings were very nice. The view was nice on the back porch and the host was incredibly nice and accommodating. We did call when we got there and asked for one thing and she had it delivered to us within the hour. The food around the area was great. Check in/out process was so easy and we had not a single issue. Will absolutely be back.
