Charming cozy cottage only a few steps away from our beautiful Lake Erie! Lake view right from the front yard. This home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. 2 bedrooms and one bath. A fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Sit back with a cup of coffee and relax in our sun-filled relaxing sunroom.
Very close to desired city amenities like Main Street/Downtown Vermilion, shopping, dining, canoeing, kayaking, parks and only 30 minutes away from Cedar Point!
2 bedrooms, one queen and one twin size bed. One bathroom. A fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. A laundry room stocked with laundry detergent, a nice relaxing sunroom.

Summary: I'm sorry to say I was disappointed with this cottage. The outside is really in need of a power washing and the shrubs are really overgrown and need cut. The shower didn't drain very well at all and there was trash in the trash cans from the previous guests. We would not stay there again.

Summary: We travelled to this quaint cottage to view the 2024 Total Solar Eclipse. We enjoyed our stay very much. Well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Located close to a beach where we viewed the eclipse.

Summary: The cottage was really cute, clean and comfortable. This was my first Vrbo experience, and the host made it very easy and quickly responded to my questions. The location was very convenient, close to stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend.

Summary: This was my first VRBO rental so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was very happy with my overall experience! My family and I had a wonderful time at the home. The property manager promptly responded to my emails whenever I had any questions and check-in was straightforward (the trick is to pull forward). The driveway had space for two cars, which was perfect for us. The home was nicely decorated and modern and had a cute covered porch where we relaxed in during a rainy morning. The queen bed in one of the rooms was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in! There is no coffee maker, only a Keurig. This wasn’t an issue for us as the Keurig k-cups provided were a nice amenity (Starbucks!), but just something to note for future renters to expect. Wi-Fi was also provided. Thanks for opening your home to us!

Summary: Our family of three stayed three nights in the cottage and were very happy with it. Convenient location. Very clean. Looks just like the photos in the posting. Check-in was easy. Definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Summary: Stayed for just a weekend to enjoy Vermillion. The property is just as it is described and pictured in the listing. Beds were comfortable and towels were good quality. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. My only feedback is that the owner wasn't proactive with communication. I had to reach out for check-in instructions. When we arrived, the heat was turned off. It would have been nice if the property was prepared for our arrival. It was colder in the house (51 degrees) than it was outside.
