Summary: This Cozy Cottage was the perfect place to stay near Peoria. I was in the area for a conference at the Peoria Civic Center and was glad I was able to save on money by not staying in a hotel. The property is only a short 15 minute drive to downtown. The home was very clean and well decorated.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful & just enough room for my wife and I. The bedroom was a little airy so we slept in living room on air mattress for a couple nights. But overall we would definitely come back. Thanks for being super responsive.

Summary: Very clean. Being seniors, we'd like to see a railing put on the front steps. Quiet neighborhood. Would also like a king bed. Enjoyed our stay. Would do it again.

Summary: We visited because of the college softball tournament at Eastside Centre. It was a lovely cottage, perfect for 2. Contacting Mr. Martin was east and the check in instructions were easy to follow. The check out instructions were also so simple. Would highly recommend working with Mr. Martin again.

Summary: Husband and I stayed overnight while we were in town for a comedy show. It was cheaper than a hotel. It was super clean. Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Personal space. Driveway or garage parking. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
