Summary: My husband and I were in town to look at houses in the neighboring area to buy. The cozy cottage was a perfect location and a retreat for the end of the day. I recommend this location. The bedding was comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything that you need, it was very clean and tidy. And communication with the owner was easy and friendly. We will be back.

Summary: Cozy cottage fits the bill here! Beautifully decorated, spacious and all the amenities you need for a stay in Franklin. The location was perfect and we especially enjoyed the record player, the fireplace and the fully-equipped bathroom! We hope to return sometime again, as we have relatives in the area.

Summary: We LOVED our stay! This little cottage was the perfect getaway. Very clean. Very cozy. Host was always available and a pleasure to communicate with. They went above and beyond and even put a “Happy Anniversary” sign out for us. So thoughtful. Kitchen fully stocked. Rooms were so comfortable. Fireplace was wonderful. Everything was perfect. We truly felt like welcomed guests! We will definitely be returning! Thank you so much!!!!

Summary: The cottage was very clean and well appointed. The main rooms were open and spacious. Both of the bedrooms were very comfortable and we shared a spacious bathroom that accommodated both of our needs. We really enjoyed sitting on the two porches and the beautiful surroundings.
