Our home is in a great location! It's a two-minute drive to Clam Pass Beach bordered by mangroves where you can spot bottlenose dolphins swimming into the canal from the open water. Naples' most beautiful beaches are within a 2-10 minute drive. The upscale open-air Waterside shops are a short walk away and feature Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue. Summary: We had a really great stay at this property. The owners went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. We can especially recommend this if you're travelling with (small) children.The neighborhood is safe, beautiful and clean. A short drive to the beach.

Summary: This is our 4th time back to the area and the first time travelling with our toddler. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, this home felt like the perfect choice. The layout is great, the common areas are spacious and open, the neighbourhood is safe and quiet and the home provided all the amenities we could possibly need and then some! It made our first vacation with our son so pleasant. Everything we needed was a short drive away, the passes to the beach were a bonus and the private pool was a luxury! Thank you to Catherine and Anna for ensuring our stay was comfortable, we hope to be back!

Summary: I have rented several other houses in Naples and this one was my favorite. I was there for the month of March 2019 and a few days in April 2019. Simply furnished and without all the clutter (fake flowers, knick knacks, etc) that I typically see in rental houses. Kitchen and baths were well-appointed. Lots of extra pillows if needed. Very easy to live an indoor-outdoor experience. Family-friendly neighborhood; easy walk to Waterside Shops, a school playground, a local coffee shop. A few maintenance things were required, but were handled promptly and completely -- and in a gracious spirit. :) Already miss it and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Summary: We loved this rental. It is in a great neighborhood that is very convenient for a lot of what we wanted to do in Naples (beach, zoo, greenway, downtown, restaurants). The house is in great condition and is very clean. The pictures on the VRBO website very accurately portray the house. The landscaping in the backyard provides a beautiful backdrop for the living area. We ended up loving the outdoor showers, it was a new vacation experience; there is also a regular tub shower for the less adventurous. The house was unusually well equipped for a rental (shampoo, conditioner, laundry and dishwasher soap, paper products and much more all provided) and we really appreciated all the extra amenities provided by Anna. There were chairs, coolers, an umbrella and beach toys for us to borrow during our stay which saved us a lot of time and money. We had a great time and would very highly recommend this rental. Thanks Anna and Catherine we had a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon.

Summary: This house was our all time favorite vacation rental! The home is better than even the photos reflect. It was clean, spacious, clutter free and well laid out. It had everything we needed. We were unsure about renting a home without a pool but everything else made up for the lack of a pool. We would love to find similar furnishings for our own home. They were all comfortable including the beds.The common areas are open to each other. The backyard is beautiful with a lime tree and other tropical plants. Loved the outdoor showers. We used them the whole time. The boys loved the high end TVs and sound system. The split plan is great for traveling with kids or another couple as it allows everyone some privacy. Loved walking the neighborhood. It's gorgeous and quiet. You can also walk to Starbucks and there is a bike rental shop nearby. You can easily ride to three different beaches. We used the beach gear and towels provided. The home has everything you need. Anna even provided some welcome groceries for us including milk, fruit and bread. She was gracious and kind. I don't usually chat up a bunch of people on vacation but I enjoyed talking with her so much. The house has a great vibe. We were sad to leave and are thinking about designing a similar home for our retirement in the future. When we left, we were completely relaxed.

Summary: We stayed for 12 days in the house. We were a party of 6. Four adults and two children of 4 an 1 year old. The house is impeccable (pictures reflect it accurately), very comfortable and well located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. It was very to convenient to find cleaning and laundry products at the house (so one doesn't waste time figuring out what to buy and shopping for those items). Some basic grocery items are also available once you arrive. It is exactly the home away one would want to have. Plus Anna (the house manager) is extremely kind in the welcoming and provides you with passes to park shore beach, 5 min away driving and ideal to go with children. We would no hesitate to stay again in this property if we come back to Naples.

Summary: We just returned from our vacation in Naples, FL. We had a terrific week of relaxing and sightseeing, but the highlight of this vacation was Catherine and Jan's home. This is a fantastic home with a perfect location in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The beach, shopping, fine dinning were just minutes away. The house is spacious, clean and has everything you need to make your vacation go smooth. Anna the Manager was fantastic and very helpful! I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning once again.

Summary: This is a perfect home for a family vacation. The renters are awesome and fun to work with, their home is beautiful, peaceful, spacious and in proximity to the beaches (2-5 mins drive / 15 min walk). It is also meticulously maintained, has an awesome big and beautiful kitchen, open layout, as well as the ability to close to the doors and enjoy some time alone (2 private outdoor showers, private patio, beautiful bathrooms etc.). You will have everything you need to have an awesome trip right there at the home including laundry, all cooking utensils, "best of magazines" for the local area, Passes for Clam Pass Beach (2 mins away), Collier Park Beach (5 mins drive), fishing poles to use, Beach Chairs, cleaning products, WIFI, great entertainment center + TV's in bedrooms. You'll basically only need food, sun tan lotion, a ride there, and be ready to have an awesome vacation. We'll be back in the future for sure - this is an amazing property.
