Also minutes to Dickson Street, the Fayetteville Square, wonderful restaurants and shopping. Whether you are traveling for a Razorback game, Bikes Blues & BBQ, or maybe to just have a weekend getaway, the Cottage on Hughes offers a CLEAN, comfortable and family friendly place to stay!
Our little cottage went through a major renovation just a few years ago. This space still has it's cozy charm with new, modern amenities, and furniture. During your stay you will enjoy:

• Large, fully stocked, kitchen with open concept.
• ROKU TVs in the living room and both bedrooms
• Complimentary snacks and beverages during your stay.
• Both Keurig and drip coffee pot available.

I will send all information you need for your stay a few days before check-in and will be available via phone, text or the Airbnb App. We have a keypad on the front door for easy access. We also have a newly paved private parking area at the front of the house for up to three cars.

Summary: We stayed for a few days during our daughter’s graduation weekend. The hosts are very accommodating, and answer inquiries promptly. The location is 5 minutes from the university basketball arena. The place is clean with many nice to have amenities. As an example, it was nice to have a couple of bottles of water and a few sodas in the fridge. The bathroom is large with a good shower and plenty of towels. There is a nice little backyard that you get to through the garage. We did not use the kitchen, but it seemed well stocked. The parking was easy and accessible.
