3 Bedroom Cottage in Sand Creek, Tipton

Located in the Evans Lake community, a charming lake cottage with full access to Evans Lake. Sleeping 12, with 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms and a cozy basement! Also take a dip in the hot tub. Kayaks included.
This cottage is set up perfectly for large families and friends looking for a getaway in the Irish Hills.
With a large yard for plenty of activities and an area down by the lake, bring all the outdoor fun.
The house is located 125 yards to the waters edge. Evans Lake is a private lake that only allows access to residents and guests. Lake access for fishing, skiing and relaxing are all included. Visit https://www.evanslakeresort.com/boat-rental/ if you are looking for a boat rental. The boat launch is $50 per launch at the Evans Lake resort. (2) kayaks included in the rental.
A 201 acre private lake open for watersports activities. The dock will be in the water from memorial day until labor day.
The house does not have a dishwasher, we encourage paper products to cut down on the dishes.
Ask about golf cart rental, must be 25.

Summary: We took an impromptu trip with our children (1y,1y, 4y), my parents, and our golden retriever and this house accommodated us perfectly! Great communication and easy check in. The location was awesome! We loved being so close to the lake and had a blast fishing at the included dock! My 4 year old loved playing at the little park across the road and roasting s’mores around the fire. My Dad enjoyed the kayak to go fishing in the mornings too! The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for us all and then some! We would love to stay here again in the future :)

Summary: Really difficult to say enough good things about this little cottage. Driving into the property we drove along the edge of beautiful Evans lake. The cottage is a two minute walk to the lake. Everything was as advertised and the owners were great communicating with us. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful friendly people. The lake is not overcrowded and the entire stay was peaceful. Everything you need is available in the many quaint towns within a 20 minute drive of the cottage. Couldn't be happier.
