Positive: The owner was very nice to us. It is a comfortable cottage with everything you need. It also had a t.v with netflix, toaster, kettle, microwave, and a.c.
Negative: The neighbourhood is not great but we used to spend a day out.

Positive: I thank the hostess for the warm welcome and prompt resolution of all issues. She is very kind. The house is small, but clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We got to Trocadero Square in 1 hour by metro. We had an early flight, and it is very convenient that the apartment is located close to Charles de Gaulle airport. We had a great time, thank you!

She even provided us with water and fans, treating us like family. The location offered great access to the city center and Disney. Additionally, we discovered some local culinary gems, particularly pastry shops, which were a highlight of our visit.
Negative: The place was unseasonably hot due to a combination of the heatwave and the wooden structure. However, the host took the time to spray the roof and walls with water several times throughout the day to help cool the space down.

Positive: Perfect location. The owner is such an amazing lady, she was always available to help and the apartment is so clean and safe. I and my family really had a great time at the apartment as it was a family summer vacation. The apartment is suitable for a family of four. It’s only one tram to Saint Denis to connect to Eiffel Tower. Restaurants and shops are located around the apartment.

Positive: The house was beautiful and cozy. It has a free road parking that really helped. The host was very polite and responsive to our questions.
Negative: The location is very far from the key attractions like Eiffel tower. Needed around 1 to 1.5 hrs travel time to city centre which is a waste of time specially if you are on a short trip.

Positive: Fantastic place - a small wooden house in the backyard. Safe parking in front of the house on the street. 3 minutes to the bus stop that takes you to metro station (on foot it is ~20 minutes). A couple of nice restaurants in the main street. Inside a house there is a fully equipped kitchen with two single beds, on the 1st floor you have a big sleeping room with double bed. If you are traveling with kids, they can play in the backyard. The district if safe and calm - you shouldn't be worried about that. I found the place by accident but I was amazed with the hospitality of the owner - she was simply terrific, helpful and ready to answer all your questions (we communicated in English). Very good experience!
