Positive: The property was well maintained. It was in a perfect vicinity with no heavy traffic. The cottage was amazing!
Negative: The water pressure wasn’t very strong is the only thing that I didn’t like about it but I managed to.
Summary: Cozy cottage surrounded by fun was the absolute amazing place to stay on my vacation.

Positive: Very nice and clean. The house was even cuter than the pictures, we were very pleased!
Negative: My only complaint was that there was a cat that hangs out there and comes up on the porch and I have a chihuahua that does not like cats.
Summary: We were very pleased and had a fantastic vacation!

Positive: The property is well equipped and maintained. It is a pleasant and spacious home. Most of the furniture feels new or very well kept. It is pretty close to the beach (although there is a big road to cross and it is safer to go in your car, 3 mins away). The owner is very responsive and quick to contact us back when we experienced any issue.
Negative: There is a cat that is a regular of the property. They had a food bowl that she seemed to be used to and cat food in one of the kitchen cabinets. I would have liked to know this ahead since not all dogs do well with cats around. So this was an annoyance every day of our stay, starting with the cat asking for food, insistently, past midnight. We fed the cat regularly to avoid another midnight insistent meowing serenade, but we always had to be careful with our dog so would not try to escape and chase. In addition, the free complementary wifi is not powerful enough for all the streaming capabilities of the Roku tvs in the house. We ended up having to use our phones as hotspot to be able to watch a movie. Some of the requirements for checkout were not possible to comply with since there were no pods for dishwasher or washing machine.
