Summary: My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. She loved the swing set out front and beach about 1/2 a mile down the road. Great stop to unplug and relax. Cottage is cute, has the essentials you need.

Summary: The cottage was cute & clean. The area is great! Wonderful state park & hiking are a 4 minute drive & the fish hatchery around the corner is a must for kids. Middlebury is 10 minutes but there was also a store within walking distance that had almost anything needed. There was no WIFI but our phones worked just fine (straighttalk & Verizon). The owner Paul is available to help with any questions. All the cottages share the swim area & large dock where you can sit & enjoy the view. The neighbors were nice & it was pretty quiet after 10. It was our second time here & we find it more convenient than camping.

Summary: Excellent location and views. Please note that not all mobile carriers get service in this area and we were without unless we went into town or to the Kampersville store. We asked our host about WI-FI but said he was unable to remember the password. Other than that, the trip was great and the cottage was comfortable once the weather cooled down. If you want a relaxing spot to unplug and enjoy the outdoors, this is the place for you.

Summary: The cabin was everything we needed. Clean and fully equipped, perfectly located right near the dock area, which we spent a bunch of time at. Paul was very helpful and responsive. We’ll definitely try to stay again!
