2 Bedroom Condo in Hot Springs Village

This recently remodeled and updated condo is nestled in the heart of Hot Springs Village. You will be steps from the Coronado Fitness Center, tennis courts, Lake Coronado and a hiking/biking trail. Enjoy your morning coffee off either of the two back decks and listen to the peaceful sounds of a small creek just down the hill.
Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with all new pots, pans, silverware etc... Hot Springs Village has many restaurants inside its gates and many more just outside, Just a short stroll away is an amazing Italian restaurant.
You will have a parking spot right out front of the condo.
We are Dog friendly. Dogs must be leashed at all times while outside and all pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of. Dogs MUST remain with their owners or be crated if left alone.
There is an $100 pet fee and two dog max. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.
Upstairs is the living and dining area, kitchen and half bath and upper deck with grill. Downstairs are two bedrooms, the full bath, washer and dryer and lower deck.
There is a Ring Doorbell Camera beside the front door.

Summary: The property was clean, nicely decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything someone would need. The host always responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend and I would stay here again.

Summary: This place was perfect. I didn’t realize both rooms were downstairs from the main living not that it was a duplex house (attached on only one side) but it was completely fine for us! I just kinda felt bad for the neighbors on Saturday morning bc we got up early to seize the day hiking nearby. The kids loved getting to go play by the creek in the back while we watched from the balcony. Kourtney was super responsive on messages and very helpful with my questions.

Summary: Such a great place to call home for a quick trip. Comfortable, very clean, great location. Took advantage of thenearby trails, cute little Italian restaurant, abd rested comfortably. Our host was fantastic and the property is a winner!

Summary: Condo was very clean and had everything that made our stay very comfortable and welcoming. I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants a nice accommodation with everything needed to make you stay enjoyable and relaxing.
